What were you doing before joining Walfinch?
Sham: “I had a break in my career to look after my children and before that I was a mental health nurse in the NHS.
Dhan: “Before Walfinch, I worked as a mental health nurse in the NHS for over 25 years. Before leaving the NHS I decided to set my own care home up. I now have 4 care homes in the Greater Manchester area.
How is the support from head office?
