What were you doing before joining Walfinch?

“Before joining Walfinch I was a carer at Chesterfield Royal Hospital for the NHS. I did that for a couple of years before taking a break to go travelling. When I got back, I joined a care agency as an area manager, managing 50 clients across the East Midlands area. I always wanted to own my own care business which is why I looked at joining Walfinch.”

How is the support from head office?

“If I had to go back and start again, I’d still start my care business with a franchise because of the support. The support from the Walfinch National Support Office has been absolutely incredible.”

How have Walfinch helped you reach your professional goals?

“I joined Walfinch in January 2021 and I got my registration in April. We’re already on track in 2023 to turnover upwards of £1 million. We’re 3-4 years ahead of targets because of the support from Walfinch. It’s next level and it’s not just support around compliance in the care sector, it’s also business support, 24/7, to help me grow my business. If we decide to sell the business in the future, we know we have an extremely valuable asset because of the support we’ve had over the years from Walfinch.
